Effects of Aerogel Coatings

Due to its low sound velocity properties, aerogel is an ideal material for acoustic delay or high-temperature sound insulation.

About 5 kg per square meter, with its extremely strong and durable properties, ensure the excellent physical properties.
The nano-microporous network structure limits heat transmission and inhibits the heat transfer of gas molecules, A0 grade non-combustible material, resistant to high temperatures of 1200℃.
Effectively prevent the invasion of water vapor between indoor and outdoor walls, avoiding damp and moldy walls.
It does not contain toxic or harmful substances, is safe and environmentally friendly, and will not cause harm to the environment.
The material itself is hydrophobic, avoiding the aging of the insulation due to water absorption, and has a service life of 20 years, more than three times that of traditional materials.

Construction Guidelines


It is recommended to use it within 3 days after opening and use and to keep it sealed in time.


Before Application
01. The substrate should be dry, flat, dense and clean, without dust or powder.
02. Prepare a sufficient amount of paint, at least 6.5L per square meter, the more you rent, the thicker the coating, the better the result.
03. It is not recommended to work at high temperatures, the temperature should not exceed 30 °C.

During Painting
04. When rolling, do not exceed a thickness of 5 mm per coat, and after the coat has cured and dried, apply a second coat to a minimum thickness of 1 mm.
05. If the paint is highly viscous or slightly cured during application, it can be diluted by adding an appropriate amount of water, do not exceed 10% of the paint weight.
06. Other water-based waterproofing materials can be applied to the surface of the coated material if required for appearance.

After Painting
07. After coating, it is recommended to ventilate the area naturally, or turn on the dehumidifier when the humidity is high to accelerate the drying of the coating for better adsorption.
08. Please store at room temperature and away from light, do not freeze or expose to the sun, use in sealed containers to avoid drying and curing.
09. It takes 4 hours for the surface to dry, the second coat time:

5℃~15℃≥8h, 15℃~25℃≥6h, 25℃~35℃≥4h.
